Fever Fall To Sky In Tight Contest

Fever Fall to Sky in Tight Contest

Game Recap

The Indiana Fever fought hard but ultimately fell to the Chicago Sky 88-87 on Sunday in front of a star-studded crowd. Despite a strong start by the Fever, who led by as many as seven points in the first half, the Sky rallied in the second half to take the lead. The Fever had a chance to tie the game in the final seconds, but a three-point attempt by Victoria Vivians fell short.

Caitlin Clark had a strong game for the Fever, finishing with 11 points and 10 rebounds for her first WNBA double-double. Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever in scoring with 21 points, while Victoria Vivians added 14 points.

The Fever are now 7-11 on the season and are in sixth place in the WNBA Eastern Conference. They will be back in action on Tuesday when they host the New York Liberty.
